3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

3.2 Device Ownership

You may only install and use this App on devices that:

• You own, or
• You have explicit written permission from the owner to install tracking software

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, including:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by law

9. Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months (maximum $14)
• We are not liable for service interruptions, inaccurate location data, or your misuse of the App
• We are not responsible for device damage or data loss resulting from app usage

11. Legal Compliance

11.1 Your Obligations

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with:

• Federal laws (e.g., Electronic Communications Privacy Act)
• State wiretapping and surveillance laws
• International privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Employment monitoring laws

11.2 Jurisdictional Variations

12. Video and Photo Capture

The App's video and photo capture features are provided for legitimate security purposes only:

• Intruder selfies are triggered automatically upon wrong password attempts
• Video recording can be requested via SMS command
• All captured media is sent to YOUR email address
• You are responsible for the legal use of this evidence
• Recording individuals without consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App for illegal purposes. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

BY USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• Misuse of this App may result in criminal prosecution

• The App costs $1 per month and includes a 3-day free trial for new users
• The App does NOT remotely wipe devices, only locks them
