FindMyPhonePRO ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the permissions required to operate the core anti-theft and device recovery features of the FindMyPhonePRO application.

2. Data Collection and Permissions

We request the following permissions to deliver the app's functionality:

Camera Permission

Used to capture photos and videos ("Intruder Selfies" and "Surrounding Videos") when an incorrect unlock attempt is detected or when you request on-demand video via SMS command. These images and videos are stored locally or sent to your designated Gmail account. We do not upload these media files to our own external servers.

Location (GPS & Network)

Used to pinpoint the device's location. This data is only accessed when you explicitly request it via an SMS command or when the "Intruder Alert" is triggered.

SMS & Call Logs

Used strictly to identify incoming commands from your trusted numbers. We do not read your personal conversations. We only process messages containing the specific command keywords you have set (FINDMYPHONE, ALARM, LOCKMYPHONE, VIDEO, STOP).

Device Administrator

This permission is required to allow the app to remotely lock the device in the event of theft. Note: We do NOT remotely wipe devices.

Video Recording

The app can record short video clips using the rear camera to capture the phone's surroundings when triggered by wrong password attempts or SMS commands. This provides visual evidence of your device's location.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To Provide Services: To trigger alarms, lock the device, capture videos, and send location updates upon your request.
• For Security: To capture evidence of unauthorized access (Intruder Selfies and Videos) and email them to you.
• Communication: To send the device's coordinates and video evidence to your trusted phone number or email address.

4. Data Storage and Third-Party Sharing

No External Server Storage

FindMyPhonePRO does not store your location history, SMS logs, intruder photos, or videos on our own servers.

Gmail Integration

If you enable the email alert feature, the app uses Google's secure authentication to send photos and videos directly to your own Gmail account.

No Third-Party Selling

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

5. Subscription and Payment

Our service costs $1 per month. Payment information is processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

6. User Control and Data Deletion

You have full control over the app. You can revoke permissions or uninstall the app at any time. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data (such as temporary intruder photos and videos) and configuration settings are permanently removed from the device.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
